Hi there, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Erica, and I’m a mom, a homemaker, and someone who’s passionate about living a life that’s both grounded and full of growth.

Rooted & Flourish actually caught me completely by surprise. I started out simply looking for a way to make an income so I could stay home with my kids as they grow. But somehow, almost overnight, it began to grow in ways I hadn’t imagined—an exciting and unexpected journey that I truly feel God is guiding. Along the way, it has become an opportunity to encourage and inspire women like me—women who are navigating the beautiful chaos of life, seeking to grow in faith, nurture their families, and live intentionally with purpose and joy.

This space is my way of sharing that journey. I want to create a place where moms and homemakers—really, anyone seeking a life that’s meaningful and intentional—can find encouragement, inspiration, and practical ways to nurture their homes, their hearts, and their families. It’s not about perfection; it’s about growth, joy, and being fully present in the life we’re building.

For me, Rooted & Flourish is deeply personal. It’s about recognizing God’s hand in the ordinary, the messy, and the beautiful parts of life. It’s about finding ways to thrive in the everyday, to simplify when we can, and to flourish in the areas that truly matter.
